Work Description: Faucett Install!! And, outdoor AC unit inspection...
Comments: I had a Faucett installed by them, and the next day I noticed that it was loose at the base of the Faucett. I called them and talked to Jason's dad. He stated that he would put me on the priority list. Almost a week later I call him and no answer x4. No call back...nothing. I also had them check my outside AC unit and was told that the company that put freon in my unit ripped me off because there was no freon in it. Come to find out, he did not understand how the unit works. I had the company that put the freon in come back out and they proved to me that there is the same amount of freon left in the unit. I am no mechanical expert, but if even a Faucett is left loose at the base...I would not trust them with a gas line or HVAC unit.
