Comments: Expectations for service was not aligned to our objectives. Frankly, we should have sent him away. Fast talker and not much content. But, we'll know better next time. He also was to submit a follow-on itemized list of things he recommended to be done to our gutters and downspouts. It's been four days now and we've seen nothing. He wasn't sincere about this job and not very professional in our opinion. Never again!
