Comments: All the bad reviews posted are very real! I was also a victim of his business scam here in Florida. We have photos that show the poor and incompetent work this individual keeps pulling off with his "scam deals". He is also operating under an inactive business license posted under RJO Construction a biz extension of this company and the license is not from Florida. He uses several business names under same umbrella. We ended up having to rebuild, redo, and fix the bad work in the end spending more money.

Comments: I wouldn’t have Robby pour a dog pad.
Our grandchildren could have done a better job.
He wouldn’t return phone calls or come back out to see the very inferior concrete pour and finishing.
He will take your money and run as fast as he can between Ohio and Florida to scam other innocent people.
Our driveway is an embarrassment and our hard-earned money was paid for the horrible job.
Robby, you should be ashamed of yourself and stop scamming people.

Shoddy finishing work, gravel is coming through the surface, it started cracking and chipping one week after the pour, uneven edges, rippled surfaces, dimpled surfaces, covered existing concrete with a very thin coating of concrete that was not to be covered, left rough edges and residue on existing sidewalk, and the list goes on and on.
He’s scammed people in Cincinnati, Indiana and West Palm Beach areas. West Palm is his Winter home where he lives in his RV.

Comments: I would never recommend this company. Though his worker worked hard they did a terrible job on the concrete. We asked for the concrete to be smooth it is not. So we asked him to smooth the concrete out by adding more concrete. They used concrete patch! Horrible! In the estimate was to paint the patio floor and paint didn't cover. Also it already peeled in one corner. Now we have to get a real contractor to fix it. This is now costing more money! Beware

Comments: RJO Construction completed a very inferior concrete driveway on 06/10/21. The concrete has gravel showing thru, uneven finish, bubbles, pits, crooked edges, waves, small crack developed after a few days, large chunks of concrete/gravel left in yard which is dangerous to person mowing lawn or anyone else nearby, smeared concrete over existing, good concrete, clumpy edges, lifted wooden porch deck over an inch, put a small crease in a two year old garage door that was in perfect condition prior to job beginning. Robbie Orr (owner) will not return any phone calls, voicemails, or come to the job site to discuss the inferior work yet admitted on his one phone call that his subcontractors must not have known how to set up, pour or concrete finishing. DO NOT fall for this scam.

We called you for months to come back and repair or replace the driveway. It is NOT frozen snow and it is not a lie.
I'd be delighted to attach pictures to show how the "concrete" is cracking, peeling, drying out and the gravel is showing.
Be a man and stand behind your work.
And when we paid you CASH it was raining and we could not tell the crappy job you had done.
I don't even know where to begin to explain what a disasterous job you did. It is a complete mess and an embarrassment.
YOU should be ashamed of yourself for allowing your contractors to do such lousy work. You only showed up to dig up the driveway and collect our hard earned money.
SCAM.

Comments: No Good they did not finish the job poor quality and partially done I tried to contacted them Robbie the person in charge but I get no answer from him and when I did talk him he said he will get to it but had not done so I will get in touch with my attorney to try to get my money back I made a mistake of paying him in ad vance I will also get in touch with the city of Middletown for them to come and look what they done to the side walk and my yard it is a health and safety concern there is a big drop on my yard that some body can fall and get hurt ,the numbers listed fir this company are 317 909 2768 and 513 306 3206 it goes to mail box I will start legal procedures on Monday do not recommend this R.J..O. To any body else they are bad news.

Okay let's check Washington it pay me all my money after I did all the extra work by widening his insurance and making another entrance to his front porch when we had discussed it five times before I do the job if you wanted to go straight back to the sidewalk you told me to put the turkey in front of his yard and ramp it off because it was low and it was and I agreed to do that and I have bent over backwards for the man to go ahead and spread it all out break it out it makes you look perfect for him this guy is not playing with a full deck it came outside after the work was completed he loved the job when we left and he paid me and it came up $500 less than what I was supposed to get he told me that he would have me to do more work in his backyard then he would go ahead and give me the rest of my money he knew what he was going to do before I even started so therefore I will not step foot on his property and I refuse to do any work for him until he pays me the rest of my money you could say what he wants to say about me but there are people that know the truth the man across the street let me do his job and was very satisfied with the job that we did so take it from there people if you want to use me I have good reviews and I do people write so Washington uses is nationality and thinks that everybody wants to call him stupid because he is Hispanic never try to take advantage of that situation treated him fair and right there are two sides to every story Washington if you want me to come back out and do more work for you buddy just pay me the rest of my money that you owe me and you know what it is and you know the agreements that we had the old extra work that I did for you it's not my fault your son parked in the mud after it rain on the area that I put the dirt in free of charge and didn't charge you to grade it out and rake it out the way that I did sorry that you are unhappy with the job but again pay me the rest of my money and I will gladly come out and do whatever you want me to do sir you have my number and you know my name

Comments: The finished driveway is not quite what I expected. There are areas where it seems the asphalt coating was off the stone, so it looks white, almost like what happens after several years of wear. They also left a lot of gravel and blacktop chunks in the yard, which I will have to get on my knees to pick up [I am 71}.

Mike sorry that you're what's unhappy with the Sealcoat you should have stepped up their gladly went over it for you or is that asphalt and stone in the yard Mike you know we cleaned all that up again I bent over backwards for you it did everything you asked even put up against your edges for no extra charge I don't understand why I leave your property if you have a smile on your face and your was 100% happy and gave me the check and was proud to give it to me bike didn't you leave me your battery few please do what's right you should have called me you never even called just don't understand all you have to do is call me gladly come out and do whatever you like me to do sir instead of leaving this kind of stuff on the review you even told me out of your own mouth that you was going to give me a 5-star review when I left your house wow thanks a lot

Comments: The workmanship was poor. It seemed like they just wanted to get the project completed without worrying about the look and quality of the work. The work was done 4-5 months ago and I have been promised they would return to fix a few areas but they never came. It is very disappointing to spend $5,000 and not get a quality job. I would not recommend them for driveway paving.
