Work Description: Hot Water Heater Replacement
Comments: Wouldn't recommend these people for even the simplest of plumbing need. Had hot water installed Sept 2018, and now need them back for a repair to the unit. Can't reach them. Phone mailbox not setup. Won't answer email sent. When unit was first installed, it didn't pass City inspection. Had to get them back out to fix whatever the City red flagged. Then had to call them back out again because we noticed the installer pushed the exhaust vent out of the roof. This caused the loss of the seal around the pipe in the roof for rain! Should have gone with gut feeling to turn them away when installer showed up to install unit. OUR MISTAKE!
