Work Description: Tile Balcony Floor Install
Comments: I submitted my request for a contractor last Friday and was immediately called by Mr. Juan Carriles. We scheduled an appointment for him to come on Saturday to view the project and he arrived early. His bid was in my budget and was available to start Wednesday. He recommended a great tile, completed the project over two days and it looks amazing! He took care of everything from beginning to end and was very receptive to my requests and expectations.Houston TX

Comments: Guaranteed work in 10 days. 29 days out, still only 1/2 completed. Never shows up, the quality is something I would expect in China. We are going to pay more to get all of this fixed back into place than we agreed to pay in the first place. Worst experience in 35 years in business!Hockley TX

Work Description: bathroom remodel
Comments: bathroom remodel--the brand new tub I purchased was broken because they had to pull the tile back down because they forgot to put the design in. He repaired the tub but there are still blemishes--very noticable blemishes in the tub. The plumber welded the pipe on with incorrect material so now I have rusty water everytime I turn the water on--we never had this issue before. I gave him two opportunities to correct the issue and now he does not call me back. He also left debris which he said he would take care of--it has been a couple of months now and it is still in my driveway.Cypress TX
