Work Description: Replace Patio Door and Windows
Comments: JC Handyman replaced a sliding patio door with a more traditional enter door with side lights. This was not an everyday replacement, it was in a manufactured home. The opening needed a lot of modification to get the new door to fit. Jim came up with plan. When he was finished ,the door trim looked better than the original doors. He also replaced three windows that were broken while here. Again with professional results. The new windows are sealed better than the rest of the windows in the house. No drafts coming in around them, the wife wants him to replace all the windows. Besides, the widows she is working a list of other projects. Jim is fair in his pricing and does professional work.
