Work Description: Sanding and refinishing hardwood floor.
Comments: After I spoke to John, who contacted me immediately, I gave his number to my parents. They needed a floor in their rental unit sanded and refinished. They are so pleased with his punctuality and the quality of his work. He even restained it for them. The price was very reasonable too. I went to see the floor today and I was amazed. It did not even look like the same floor. My parents are so thrilled that they would definitely use John again and highly recommend him. Me too!
