Work Description: Home theatre
Comments: Jermaine is a really nice guy.1. The good: He gave me a really good price on the work I wanted.
2. The bad: Jermaine and his colleague were late everyday they came.
3. The bad: He said it would take 1 day and it took like 3 weeks
4. The bad: The box he was using was preventing my apple TV 4k from projecting 4k to my tv and that took a while to resolve
5. The good: After he resolved that issue on his end I still wanted the full capabilities of my apple TV 4k to be utilized (dolby vision) and he worked with me to make that happen by rewiring the equipment to a different place albeit in the open I was very appreciative of it.
6. The good: He also brainstormed with me on where to place my center speaker and he put it on a shelf which I was also very appreciative of.
7. The ugly: He left my walls looking like shit even after I made mention of them even though it was obvious
I try to hire black business and give back and occasion give them a pass for sub par work. But after I started repairing the walls and sent him a message about it and he didn’t responded I realized I was being too lenient and giving him a pass for terrible work.
