Work Description: install new boiler
Comments: J T Dunn One-Hour recently installed a new hot water boiler for us. As to be expected in a 100+ yr old house a few problems came up but they were handled promptly and efficiently. They always showed up with sufficient workers for the job whether to transport a 350 lb boiler down a difficult staircase or to install a flue liner in the chimney. Several other companies we contacted said we would be responsible for getting the flue liner. Although there was some delay in finding a replacement part, they always responded promptly and did their best to complete the job. Their customer representative Pat and HVAC technician Ferrell were especially helpful in resolving any issues that occurred at the last minute.St. Louis MO
