Work Description: Trim tree by deck and remove stump by driveway
Comments: Was told it would take 1 day to complete. They showed up over an hour late, did not notify me they were even on the property and just started working. Dropped a tree limb through the deck when asked if they were going to repair they said yes. Then when it came time to remove stump they ask if I had a shovel. Think they should have came prepared??? When they went to leave the job was not complete said they needed to come back tomorrow to finish and fix the deck. Would not give a time they they would be here. And asked for gas money. Second day they show up unannounced again. Took out stump left a pile of mud did not even pack it down to make it look nice and the repair of the deck was absolutely unacceptable. When confronted with my dissatisfaction the owner got an attitude and spun his wheels out of my driveway and out of neighborhood. This is not a company that I would recommend to anyone. Very unprofessional.-
