Work Description: Built an 11×11 concrete patio adjacent to my existing patio. Concrete truck knocked down my overhead internet lines and i had to call at&t to reconnect. Concrete truck company said it was patio install contractors fault for having the truck come into my yard. While at&t came to repair my lines, there are still lines from another provider that are still hanging down to the ground. Blackhawk contractor Mr. Hand left concrete stains from the new patio on the existing patio and surrounding pavers. I have been unable to remove the excess. I have noticed that no matter how much I sweep the new patio there seems to be a lot of sand or "dust" still on it, which makes for a slippery surface. Rocks from the new patio excess were dumped in my back yard without permission in a natural area. Very unsightly. Mr Hand was nice but im not sure if the work is quality work and I dont think there is an excuse for the failure to clean up the mess that was made. I would not hire this company again nor could I recommend it.
