Work Description: Full House Installation of Prefinished Oak Hardwood Floor
Comments: I got 6 bids. My biggest concern was finding someone with the right experience to properly prep the floor for the installation. Ronnie was one of two out of the 6 installers I contacted who knew what they were doing when it comes to installing hardwood floors in older houses. Ronnie did a great job fillining in the valleys and sanding the peaks to flatten my plywood subfloor. His price was the best. He started on time & finished exactly as planned. He worked well w/ other subs. And the end results look great. Ronnie's a great find. I highly recommend Innovation Hardwood Floors.San Francisco CA

Comments: Ronny Fajardo spent at least one hour examining our water-damaged hardwood floor. He was very careful, thoughtful and knowledgeable. I was extremely impressed with the fact that he did not rush in and rush out. His estimate of what needed to be done was tailored to our specific situation. It was not at all a one-size-fits-all kind of approach. We plan to have the work done by Innovation Hardwood Floors because of this first experience and competitive pricing.
