Comments: I recently hired Adam and his team for a tub to shower conversion, and I couldn't be happier with the results. From the initial consultation to the final touches, Adam was incredibly professional and attentive to our needs. He took the time to explain the process and answer all of our questions, which made us feel confident in our decision.

The team worked efficiently and respectfully, keeping our home clean throughout the project. They completed the conversion on time and within budget, and the quality of their work is evident in the beautiful new shower.

Comments: Further damaged the external wall studs that I had asked to be reinforced. They lied to me about it and did not think I would check since they had put up dry wall. I cut the dry wall to check and discovered they had not reinforced it but had made further cuts out of the studs. Ghosted me until I wrote a review on google with pictures.

Comments: INF has a problem differentiating Project Management with Mismanagement of a project. We started on November 10, 2024, with a completion date duration of 2 weeks (I suggested 3 weeks to help them meet the project timeline). We are now January 26, 2025, and the project is still on-going with no clear end date. At all levels of the project management channel, it was a complete failure. No communication, impossible to get a schedule from INF. Their website does not have the correct email address. I had to research it on the internet, then after sending email to them to request that they need to get back to work it was and still a struggle. nobody shows up. I had to call them almost all the time and insist to have them send someone to do work for 3 or 4 hours. The number of time people show for work may not be more than10 times and it's been more than 15 weeks. The greed about getting their money is unbelievable. INF definition of a beautiful work will leave you speechless because it is not. Instead of having a dumpster like any other contractors, INF is using my yard as a dumpster. The level of trash they bring with them is of epic proportion. Many time I asked them to remove the trash, but it is very difficult for them to understand. Whatever they you tell about construction, don't be intimidated, you know more than them. I just don't know who gives them good ratings because they shouldn't have any. I had to give them one star because there was no other way to give them negative stars. Please give yourself a chance, don't book them.
