Comments: After receiving a quote from another company that told me I needed to replace my HVAC, I spoke with Jonathan from I.C.E.. He inspected my unit and gave me an estimate to replace it that was about $3000 less than the previous quote and for a better unit. He then told me that he didn't think I actually need to replace it at this time and it could last another year or two. It is an 8 year old Carrier.It is well worth talking to Jonathan. He didn't charge for the estimate.

They were very professional, knowledgeable, on time but gave me advanced notice the one time they were late. I have an old home and every contractor I've hired has had more difficulty than they expected and end up taking longer. Indoor Climate Experts really lived up to their name with their ability to recognize potential issue before hand and replaced my entire AC system much faster than they expect.
