Work Description: Bathroom renovation & Stucco Repair

Comments: Worked with David and his team for my bathroom reno and stucco repair. We took down the bathroom to studs, replaced a lot of corroded rolled copper pipes under the foundation, redid all the electrical work incl adding an outlet for bidet, installed new toilet, vanity, sconces, new tub, and frameless tub door which was not easy to install. They also tiled the floor and the wall and painted the whole bathroom.

What I appreciated about David and his team: willingness to work with me on what I wanted and working with my budget, prompt arrivals, clear communication on what will be done today and will be done tomorrow, patiently explaining all the processes and whys, and taking the trash with them and cleaning up after themselves everyday. David also is honest and direct. I never thought he was upselling me and that I could trust his recommendations when unexpected situations occurred. I interviewed about 6 contractors before David and I chose David because he seemed honest and trustworthy. And I was not wrong. These guys work very hard, some days they were here till 8-9pm.
I would recommend David and his team for bathroom reno and def stucco repair. David is an artist when it comes to stucco!
