Work Description: Remove one layer of shingles, replace with new shingles, add 6 vents and replace flashing around chimney.
Comments: Very timely in getting estimate and the turn around time to schedule new roof. Installer started on a Friday and we were told it would be completed the next day. Shingles not all installed until Tuesday of following week, but installer ran out of shingles. Was supposed to install 6 vents, but only installed 3 initially. Did not install new flashing around chimney and did not properly caulk around chimney, had a rain storm and ended up with water in our garage. Had a home inspection, inspector noted that the brand new shingles were scoffed in places, installer did not caulk around all the new vents, and during the install he damaged a down spout, which he tried to bend back into shape so that too ended up on the inspector's list. Installer did not clean out gutters, left trash on the roof and debris in our neighbor's yard. Returned to job site was supposed to install new flashing around chimney, but left unsupervised he simply added some caulking and left.We are currently trying to work with BHI to get the problems resolved. I have photos and home inspection to back-up these statements.

Work Description: They came out and gave a very fair and reasonable bid for a seller/buyer contract.
Comments: At this time we are still working on a resolution but I will use them if we decide to proceed.-
