Work Description: Drainage and waterproofing
Comments: We are delighted by the work performed by Imperial — which ended up being a much larger project than expected given foundation problems discovered only after digging 6+ feet down! Michael and the team did an excellent job in remediating our compromised foundation and in installing a new drainage system and walkway, which looks terrific! They even reseeded our lawn after completing the work. Overall, a very professional, hardworking crew who showed up each day no matter the weather (which was pretty lousy!). And Michael gave us a very good deal on the project and stood by it even after discovering the unexpected problems. His communication was also excellent. We’d definitely hire Imperial again!
