Comments: Ideal was great on taking care of my problem.I had a few shingles fall off. I called them within a day they were out & left me quotes for a repair & new roof. When I called them they didn't try to sell me an entire roof they said my roof was still in good shape & just suggested fixing the shingles. Less than a day after that they were out & repaired them & sent me pictures. Once I am in need of a new roof will use them again.

Comments: Ideal did a complete roof removal and replacement to my home. They used a premium GAF HDZ shingle that is both functional and enhances the beauty of the home. The crew was extremely effecient and cleaned up their mess nicely when the job was done. Mike V , the owner, is both professional and friendly to deal with. Thank you Ideal.As a follow-up, I discovered a leak in my roof that appeared to be an issue where two sheets of plywood joined together. I highly recommend purchasing the Gold warranty. The claim process with GAF was quite customer friendly and I felt reassured that my issue would be resolved. Ideal came out and quickly diagnosed and identified the source of the leak. I knew I was in good hands with Ideal and they did not disappoint! I highly recommend Mike and Ideal roofing for their expertise, customer support, and professionalism. Mike is customer focused and will ensure the job is done to your satisfaction!
