Yesterday my phone was not allowing me to access the dashboard to receive information in the afternoon. In addition, I did see this request in the am but was thinking it was not in our wheelhouse of work initially and more in line with a mechanical contractor. I put in request to Networxs to please fix the connection to my phone for leads and have had an email stating they will contact me, sometime, in the future. However, I did get the contact info off my laptop and contacted Mr. Edleman and confirmed he does need a mechanical contractor and redirected him to Networxs and his reply was "they don't know what they are doing". I stated that Networxs does have mechanical contractors and they should be able to assist him
