Work Description: heater boiler not working
Comments: The technician name Skit? not sure how to spell his name tho however, he came within 30 minutes of request, he checked by walking throught to electrical panel and all thermostats, re did hard reset. then boom , it start to work. Although, he didn't replace anything but the way she educted me for future maintanance. He was great, I will call him when ever need him.Thank you Skit. soory for not knowing your full name.

Comments: The agent was able to repair the problem. I now have heat. He ensured everything was in good working order. However, during his repairs, my sink got clogged when he emptied out the water from the boiler. I told him it was not clogged before his repairs. He gave me an estimate to do the new repair. I'm debating because this problem was not there prior to him fixing the heat. This new problem will now cost me $600 (his estimate). To this extent I'm not satisfied although he fixed my heating problem.Freeport NY

Comments: He started out being 45 min late driving an out of state truck. Tried him cause reviews were good. Maybe because I am an elderly female senior but boy did he take advantage of me. He said he started my boiler. Gave him $200 CASH . Didn’t give me receipt until I asked. By the time he pulled out of driveway the boiler turned off.I immediately called him. He said he would be back but.He said if he comes back it will cost me $650.because it needs more work. When I tried reasoning with him that he didn’t discuss any of that to me. He said problem was fixed. Finally he just hung up on me.He had no idea what to do.. he literally took my money and ran.I am taking appropriate action and looking into agencies & his said credentials. No one should be treated like I was.. Thankfully Got the job done for $150 and boiler is running well. I signed up with a legitimate co. I I tried calling NETWORX customer service Olivia and the emails all came back. BE CAREFUL OF THIS SITE AND CHECK CREDENTIALS?Learn from my loss.
