Comments: John was great. He couldn't fix my problem on Saturday but promised to be back Thursday evening, at my convenience. He called Sunday to confirm and called on thursday when he was running a few mins behind. That is nearly unheard of based on my experiences.I will recommend him to all of my neighbors, friends and family.
