Comments: Unfinished work, I was told the post holes would be filled the next day and they never were. I was then told “Sir, I dig holes I don’t fill them”… now every day a new fence rail falls because of broken and over torqued screws. A lot of garbage was left behind for me to clean, uneven posts and so on. Of course once that final payment is made the contractor just vanishes never to be heard from again and not standing by his word or work.Cleveland OH
