Comments: SCAM SCAM SCAM! Humberto of HRS Complete is a scam artist. He requested I pay the final payment in person once he gained my trust and also sent me the below message so I bought him. Once he received the money he ghosted all my calls, never returned to finish the job, and no longer replies to texts or calls from any phone numbers. Sounds like he's exited this scam. I look forward to seeing him to court.Humberto of HRS Complete: "I need a huge favor, I lost my wallet and someone made transactions on business account causing to be frozen. I need to buy materials before bank opens. Could you please make final payment, stone work will be completed today."
