Work Description: Troubleshooting
Comments: It took 5 min. For the tech to troubleshoot that the problem was in the outlet box. While it was wired strange he said there were only 2 combinations to get it to work. After another 1 hour and 55 minutes during which he received several calls and admitted some of the problem was that he didn’t realize the switch was already on and it made him keep trying other things. Bottom line was I was charged for two hours work for a job that should have only been an hour. He did good work just not very efficient.-
