Neat Nick Vick is a service which is very concentrated on onetime/deep interior cleaning of homes.
I work by myself thus it takes me longer to do this service anywhere from 5-8 hours for each appointment.
I have a dependable truck and if life doesn't get in the way I am also very dependable. Emergencies happen and there will be nothing that will keep me from being there except a real emergency. I have no drama to slow me down which is a blessing.
The estimate I am giving the homeowner is just that..an estimate. Once I get to the home and see what it is I might have to spend more time which would require more per hour charges. I do not waste time other then a few 5-10 minute breaks here and there which I allow in my time calculated at the end of the day. I sometimes have to answer phone calls for more estimates or have a snack. I do not leave the premises for any reason what so ever.
The maximum bedrooms is 4 and bath is 4 and the maximum square footage that I can complete in this amount of time is approximately no more than 3000 sq.ft.
I enjoy the deep cleaning, I am not afraid to get my hands dirty.
I cannot do cathedral ceilings, chandeliers, ceiling fans or windows higher then I can reach from a 4 foot step ladder.
I do all the big things that need deep cleaning and I do all the little things, little corners, vanity lights/bulbs, air vents, fixtures of all kinds and lightglobes just to name a few things that require so much time.
I do move furniture IF it can slide easily.
I am not perfect and I might miss something but it is very rare that I do. I do each room methodically to make sure nothing is missed.
Blinds are so time consuming depending on how many you have it might be an additional charge once I get to your home. They sometime do not look dirty but washing them with soap and water is usually a requirement (not just dusting). Totally up to you. The dusting is very time consuming also and will still be a consideration of time and additional charges..
PLEASE do not call me a MAID..Sorry if that sounds mean but...I just do not like that label...I do not make beds,do laundry or dishes. I am for a deep cleaning day and cleaning only.
I require that all items such as clothing, shoes,toys all be up and out of the way in their spaces so I can clean.
I have found that because of these things I have to charge more for the appointment because it takes me longer to do the cleaning picking up first before starting the actual cleaning.
I charge approximately $30.00 per hour for the maximum of time in one day of 8 hours once arriving.
Minimum charge for accepting and upon arriving is $125.00 for 1-4 hours of cleaning.
I accept checks for payment at the $30.00 rate.
If you would like to have a cash payment there is a $5.00 an hour discount that I provide to all homeowners.
I am not licensed as of yet if that is a concern. Ga. does not require that I have a business license as of yet.
I am not bonded if that is a concern as I will be getting liability insurance June 1st 2013.
I do have references to back my reputation if you need them I can supply them to you.
I love animals and do not mind the cat/dog hair that accumulates, balls up your home or on furniture. I have a shark vacuum that will eat small animals.
I will add that I do not clean up pet poo if it is dried up or fresh or I do not clean up pet areas if they have gotten sick fresh or dried up. Been there did that and I will no longer do that. Sorry.
My vacuum is cleaned and disinfected after every cleaning job as all parts can be torn down and cleaned. I have a shop vac that I use for big jobs like major pet hair accumulations and or basements and garages that need cleaning disinfecting that also.
I DO NOT provide garbage bags or trash bags. I do empty small trash cans that are inside the home for regular trash. I leave trash bags in the garage for you to dispose of. If you are missing something it is available for you to check it before it is disposed by you into your trash pickup containers.
I DO NOT provide hardwood floor cleaner or polish as this is an individual homeowner preference in most cases. I always clean the hardwoods first with Murphy Oil soap and a damp mop before applying anything else to the floors. The cleaners clean and shine okay but I prefer to wash them first then apply the next clean and shine products with your swifter or things like that. Your pads also I will be using leaving them for you to maintain. Most homes never go with out them these days. If not then the Murphy's Oil Soap is what I do for the hardwoods.
I hope that I am not coming off as being too stiff and mean. BUT! I have had so much experience with homes and homeowners that hire me that I need to make sure you understand I am there to do more than what you can do. That is why you are hiring me. I might be more expensive but you will get what you pay for.
I am a very fun person and enjoy my work. We can have fun while I am there as I love to talk about anything and everything time permitting of course.
So at this time to make it easier....worst case scenario would be 8 hours for $240.00. If it is less hours then it would be $30.00 per hour with a check payment and a $5.00 discount per hour for cash payment.
Estimates are estimates at $240.00 for the 8 hours as listed above. I would at a good pace but am detailed so it takes me awhile. I do not monkey around I am focused on what I am there for meaning I have drive time invested and a husband that adores me that I want to get home too. I want to do a great job for you, feel good about what I have done, get paid for my service and head home.
I am a little ruff with my attire so I will not look like a girly girl. I dig deep into the cleaning so I will be in sweatpants t-shirt and a bandana because I get very warm when I clean. I am not a pretty site when I leave. I usually am exhausted by the end of the day and look it.
So when I show up don't be afraid to open the door it just me ready to work.
Estimates are good for only 30 days.
