Comments: Do not hire. Work is poorly managed and agreed schedules are not adhered to. Mistakes and schedule slips are still made even when detailed drawings and instructions are provided. Will not accept cost reductions even when scope was clearly removed in the interest of holding the agreed completion date, and even after several mistakes made. Not worth any potential extra savings from coming in lower than other contractors.
