Comments: They came assessed the problem, took money on deposit for parts, that was 6 weeks ago and we can not get them to return a phone call. We're working to get our money back from our credit card company. Are they even still in business??Redmond WA

Comments: Rip off . I had them come out to fix my stove . I was given a quote signed the consent. I felt this was the total cost for repair . Later I got a E-mail stating I owe 600.00 more for labor. I called the company and canceled the repair . This was on June 16th 2021. Since than I called multiple times a week to get a refund , Today I did get a refund of 181.01 . I Paid them 702.69 when I called they told me there is a restock fee of 35% . So 521.68 they took from my total due to I canceled the service. I should have been invoiced before I signed the contract stating that I still had to pay 600.00 , not after I signed for the parts to be ordered. This is a scam .Bothell WA

Comments: These guys are top of the line. They will come out and assess your situation and give you plenty of options to repair or replace your roof. They did such a well job, I cant believe I haven't done business with these guys before, being a contractor, I would love these guys taking care of any of my future projects. Especially after installing a GAF Certified roof on my home which covers me for 50 YEARS. Don't let "lifetime" sell you (it's only 25 years) from other companies, I have gotten countless bids without any warranty. And I'm willing to pay the extra bucks to have truly honest professional roofers working on my home.-
