Work Description: Clean out and insulate entire crawl space
Comments: Mark quoted me a job to do, said it was a 1-2 day job. His 2 laborers were there for 4 hours and he texted me and said, job was completed. I said I did not have time to look over, he said trust me, its done and showed me one picture. I went down and looked and about 1/3 or more was never touched. He said his people could not get to it, fine, so lets reduce the cost. He said NO, wanted full payment then thratened to sue me. Will NEVER work with this group again!Morton Grove IL
