I own a real estate and property management company and it is so convenient to just call one place for everything electrical, plumbing, roofing, HVAC, windows you name it they have well qualified licensed and insured contractors with amazing prices ready to go 24hrs a day. I use to look on Craig list or in the phone book for business and try and get multiple estimates and waste so much time, now I just call the one place in North San Diego County I know who will get the job done write the 1st time and at great and reasonable price.
