Hail
Solid precipitation that forms in balls or irregular shaped pieces of ice. When falling in large amounts, hail can produce extreme amounts of damage to the roof, and possibly siding of the home.

High Winds
Winds that reach extreme speed can start to pull the roof upward. Horizontal pressure of high speed winds can also push pressure on the side of the home causing it to tilt, or slide off the foundation. This can also damage shingles. .

Ventilation
water can get into the ventilation causing it to puff up, and mold will start to grow inside of it causing severe damage which could potentially lead to collapsed ceilings.
