Comments: The company was willing to send out someone quickly, and on the morning of my appointment the technician kept me updated on his arrival time. He found the problem pretty quickly, and had to go to several hardware stores to find the right part. He kept at it until he found it, cam back and repaired the problem to a better than before condition. I was very happy with the work, and it wasn't any more expensive than I anticipated. Will use them again.
