Work Description: Condensing unit
Comments: Mr. Hebert replaced the condensing unit 4/9/2016. He gave me a 5 years warranty on labor and and 10 years warranty on a Rheem parts. In June 2020 the unit fan burned. I called Mr. Hebert and he told me he was coming to fix it in the next two hours. Mr. Hebert did not showed up not did he returned my phone calls or the many messages left on his answer machine. Finally, after four days of suffering, i hired another company that came in and fixed the unit. I hope you read this before you hire Hebert Air.-
