Rick, our general contractor, has over 34 years experience in construction and home inspections. He has been in the Naples area since 1978 starting as a union carpenter and evolving to building superintendent for many local builders. In 2003 he obtained his State General Contractor License and became Hayse Homes Inc. He also has degrees in both business and in accounting. He will work with any budget to give you the best outcome to meet your needs. There are many ways to cut cost without sacrificing quality. He can help you make the right chooses and will make sure that the finished project will be exactly the way you want. Rick has done inspections for Citizens Insurance and has many years experience in the home inspection business. Rick is international association of home inspectors certified and has gone through the American Society of home inspectors extensive courses also. He has done inspections for years for one of the largest home inspectors in Naples through Ft. Myers. He caries the State of Florida Certified Home Inspectors license also.

Debra, our designer, has over 20 years experience in designing from every aspect you could imagine. She is from Chicago and has lived in Florida for 15 years. Deb has done many remodel jobs in SW Florida from totally torn down walls to layout new ones and knows how to make a place flow. She will work with any budget to help you make the best choices for your home. Deb can get involved at any level and can show you what choices to pick from and make suggestions as to what the final project will look like.

My name is Felix Ricci, I have a home in the Brooks of Bonita Springs and had Rick Hayse done numerable projects for me. He has completely remolded our laundry room and powder room into a new bathroom complete with a gorgeous shower, vanity, and toilet. He started by breaking the concrete slab and installing new sewer and plumbing. Completing the project by moving the electrical, installing all new drywall, tiling the shower and floor and finished by painting the rooms. I couldn't be happier with the outcome and the short period of time he took to complete the project and remove all the debris and leave the home spotless.
Rick has also remodeled my master bathroom, including the installation of all new cabinets
