Work Description: Repair two sections of laminate flooring that was buckling.
Comments: Tom did a wonderful job, better than I would have expected. I've had work done by contractors before and they never were as good experience as this. He contacted me within minutes of my post, came to my home within an hour and a half of our conversation, and reviewed my problem of the floors with me. Two days later, I received a call from him telling me he could be there the next morning to take care of the problem. He did a great job! He explained that the original flooring was put in crooked and that they needed to replace some of the boards and cut into it to make it sit right. He replaced the flooring, laid down T moulding (which should have been done by Rite Rug when they put in the floor), and cleaned everything up after. His price was very reasonable and the job was done very, very well. He was professional, curteous, and knowledgeable. I would be glad to recommend him to others. I only heard from one other place and that was several days after I submitted the post. I never did hear from the third one.
