I have over 15 years experience in home improvement, carpentry, commercial and industrial maintenance, facilities and land management and equipment service. I install appliances, ceiling fans, dimmer switches, motion switches, flatscreens and home stereo, kitchen and bath faucets, hose bibs, window screens, garage door openers, ice makers, garage shelving, basement and closet custom shelving, lighting, blinds, drapery rods and picture frames. I'll clean carpets, windows, sand, scrape and paint interior and exterior walls, ceilings and trim, haul off debris, clean out basements, repair leaking plumbing and patch/repair drywall or concrete. As a one-man-band or with a team of specialists for larger projects, I will ensure every project you need is completed on time, to your exacting specifications and standards, and guarantee all my work for one year.

For Small Projects: more often than not, I can do it myself, professionally and to your complete satisfaction. And I will.

For Medium-sized projects: I will use as many assistants and/or specialists as needed to complete your job quickly and perfectly.

For Larger Projects: I become your Advocate, hiring Sub-Contractors as needed to efficiently complete the work. I manage the entire project as your Contractor and coordinate all activities required to complete the job on your schedule, within your budget, and closely supervise all work on your behalf to ensure the highest quality. If either I, or you, are unhappy at any time for any reason, I will stop work, fire anybody not performing to our standards, and replace them with someone who can. And I will guarantee all work at all times. With my experience and help, your project(s) will be done more quickly, with better results, and at a lower total cost(including my time) than you would otherwise pay.
