Work Description: Patch and paint
Comments: Unprofessional, rude, and crude. Initially quoted me 200 to patch and paint. Then said when he had done half the work he needed another 250 to sand and paint. Had another, much more professional painter come in and do the work for $100. The painter also mentioned the job doing by mark was sub par and messy and needed a decent amount of fixing. Should i also mention that mark was in my apartment for maybe 20 minutes and wanted 200! All in all he wanted 450 to fill in a hole from a tv stand and paint over a few chipped paint areas and fill in. 4 screw holes. Absolutely ridiculous. If i could give 0 stars I would.Wellesley MA

Comments: Mark came to our home took a look at the stairs and provided a reasonable estimate. He and his assistant installed new stairs that very same day. There wasn’t a mess and he disposed of the old stairs. Very happy that we found Mark. Certainly plan to use him in the future.Holbrook MA

Work Description: I need facial boards replace and my allum trim put back on. He told me that needed softfit and downsprout, the last person that did it did not do it right and that is why it rotted out. He said that it would cost $1200. I thought that it was a lot but he said that it cost $600. For materials. I gave him the money. He did not put in softfit or downpours. As a matter of fact he just tore-down the rotted boards and replace with pvc boards never put back my trim or put in the softie and downsprout. I question him about the softfit, he said that I would have to put a new roof to get that.
Comments: I was mislead into what he was going to do. That job did not have $600. In materials. The labor was another $600. I was so taken advantage.Auburndale MA
