Comments: It was done by Alex Chio but now he won't send me my invoice that I need for reimbursement. I have been trying to reach him for a week but no response. I don't believe he is licensed and lied about having his own company! Beware of fast talking and pictures of their work. Do not use them because you will not get paperwork.
