Work Description: Install flag pole holder on brick wall in front of my home.
Comments: Two handymen showed up late (just before darkness to complete the work. I provided the flag holder, cement screws, and pre-hole drill bit. The work was not completed until after dark. As agreed I paid $50.00 to install the flag holder. They were to return the following day to fill in serval screws holes in the cement caused by prior attempts by me to install the flag holder. I paid an additional $5.00 to purchase a tube of cement. There was to be no charge for fulling in the holes, however, they never showed up to do the work. It turned out that flag holder was not properly installed because it fell to the ground over the weekend. I called the Hand Pro Home Service office and reported this matter but no one report-
