Work Description: Interior remodeling and paint
Comments: David Corl and his crew completely renovated an investment home I paid 140k for back in June of 2022. I’ll admit the project took a little longer than anticipated, but David Corl and his crew worked 41 days, removed all tile, put down 1800sqft of vinyl plank flooring without using a single transition strip, completely seamless, I had them build brick veneer wall, both bathrooms and kitchen were completely remodeled, they replaced all the trim, painted all walls, doors, ceiling, baseboards, and door casings. They also installed all new lighting and fans, painted the exterior as well. All of this cost me around 70k for labor and materials.I sold that property in November of 2022, for $630,000…
