Comments: This was absolutely the worst experience with hiring service providers in my life!He showed up with a knee brace and from the minute he arrived, he began complaining about my entry stairs and how his hip knee hurt and he just got off a job that had him on a ladder all day and has an MRI on Tuesday. They sent a handicapped man to do these projects requiring him being in a ladder !
Then he looks at my spiral staircase and huffs then asks how he’s supposed to get a ladder up there.
Then he looks at project #1 and starts telling me a different way to do it but adds that will take 3 hours and we don’t have materials for that . I tell him lets just use what we have.
He constantly talked over me and wouldn’t let me THE CUSTOMER speak !
Lastly, the most important project was installing a barn door. He takes one look at it and says it can’t be done. He hadn’t even looked at the specs in the installation manual. At this point, hes ruined my excitement for these projects and I tell him I’m done but he won’t stop talking and won’t give me the manual back. I finally get him out the door and I look at the manual which says I need 6 inches clearance above the door and I have 7 ! I was pissed and I called John to relay this. I will be adding my review to Yelp !
