Comments: This is the first bad review that I have ever written. I do not want to harm anyone but I know I would really appreciate it if someone would warn me if they had a bad experience. Our contractor gave Tamaris/this company money to work with him on the repipe of our property. Tamaris needed to send 2 things either to our contractor or to the city so we could move forward with the permits. After asking for TWO MONTHS for him to send in these two documents so we could move forward, we had to find someone else to do it. He could have sent in these documents in less than 5 minutes. I called him and texted him, the contractor asked him to do it countless times. It is not okay to take money to do a job then not do it. And if he wasn't going to do it, he should have given the money back and not strung us along all this time. It's been so stressful and it was entirely avoidable.Crown Point IN
