Work Description: Called to find out why my AC was not working correctly
Comments: The worst company I've ever dealt with. Michael, "the manager" is rude and doesn't want to listen when a customer has a valid complaint. He will tell you I used bad language, and I sure did, after they ripped me off and then wouldn't listen to me or work with me at all.I called for service and was charged $144.00 and was told nothing was wrong with my AC despite all of the problems I was having with it. My AC still didn't work right after he left and was making a loud, horrible noise. It was going on and off continuously and my neighbor said the compressor would be ruined at that rate. Then, my air stopped working all together, I was working from home and sweating horribly and my 12-year old, 80# dog was going into distress. I called their emergency service several times and each time, they assured me someone would call. They never did. I called Acree Air and they were at my home within a couple of hours and fixed various things wrong with my system. It took them at total of 5 hours to diagnose and fix everything. I asked, did this just happened and if the other technician should have seen it. No, it was the same problem when Grahams was here, they just took my money, and didn't fix anything. Now, they are acting rude, won't refund me or even investigate the matter, and Michael was rude and ugly. Yes, I cursed but out of frustration due to the way he was speaking to me so I'm not claiming to be an angel but his company failed me, failed to provide good technical services and customer service, and just failed on all levels. So far, my sister and several of our friends have written them off and I suggest you do the same. Worst company I have ever dealt with in my life and I am a GOOD person.

Comments: I like that Dave Ewing came at the beginning of my timeframe for service. He was very polite and respectful. I asked a lot of questions and he thoroughly answered my questions. He explained everything that he did along with his findings and recommendations. I feel that he was very knowledgeable and experienced and so I would like to request that Dave Ewing be my service man for my next service in six months.
