Work Description: Removed and poured new driveway, both inside the garage and outside the garage. Including pouring a new foundation underneath the entrance to the garage. In our backyard, excavated to reshape and flatten the yard and poured retaining walls, a pickleball/basketball court and new patio.

Comments: I had Good Neighbor LLC replace and extend a concrete pad in the back yard. There were no additional fees and the outcome was exactly what was bid. Had the weather cooperated, I think Pila would have had the entire project done in about a week. His team worked quickly and the final product looks good.

Comments: these guys were professional, yet personable. their work was excellent. they finished a big project ''by hand'' in one day. they worked hard in the hot sun, and hardly stopped for a lunch break. i gave them water bottle after water bottle, and they appreciated it. i love the result. i would hire them again. thanks guys!!

Work Description: Cut Corners At Every Turn

Comments: They installed a concrete patio for us. From the start they didn’t dig deep enough, only four inches instead of six, so now the patio sits two inches above a basement window. When they poured they didn’t angle the slabs away from the foundation. The house flooded twice before we calked around the window, and have to add a barrier every time it rains. Viliami said he would fix this, but instead he ground the concrete down around the window, making both the appearance and function worse. He said, again, he’d fix it, but after promising yet another solution he ghosted us. Basically we paid him nearly ten thousand dollars to flood our house every time it rains. Also, because the slab is so high it trips children almost 100% of the time.

Comments: Very good crew of workers. Came on time, worked hard and quickly. Their language was clean and very friendly. Didn’t get upset when I made last minute changes. Price was reasonable. Cleaned up afterwards.

Comments: They didn't/couldn't finish the job and left it undone and kept a lot of the money I paid them which should be given back to me. I've asked for half of the money back and they refuse to respond. Will never deal with them again and I've turned them into the state. They tried passing fraudulent documentation to the city engineers when they were caught. Unable to pass inspection a second time as well. Very dishonest and bad to deal with. Never again will I use Networx based on this contractor's performance and dishonesty.
Why you lie . I give you the plan for the name and phone number so you can call for the plan but you added up the project and you already plan to do this because I almost finished everything. and you want to keep the other half of the money and you want me to give you back half that you give me I already buy all the materials too plus you and your wife don’t know each other you telling me something to do your wife didn’t know it.

Comments: I have been trying for a couple of weeks to get a contractor to even just give me a quote on leveling and grading my backyard and no one would even call me back. Good Neighbor called me within minutes of requesting a quote, was at my house within 2 hours and came and did the job within a week. They were fast, friendly, professional and they did an amazing job on my backyard. Highly recommend.

and they cleaned up real well after. Very polite and honest owner and crew. I will definitely recommend and use them again.
