Comments: I spoke with Orlando. He seemed very pleasant on the phone and I was looking forward to meeting.They were supposed to come next day between 9a -10a. I waited.
By 10 a no call/ no show.
I texted them to cancel the appt.
At that time it was pouring rain anyway so I said don't bother coming out.

Comments: Did first treatment and had appt. to return in one week. They never returned and neither did they return my many calls. I had hired them based on ,Orlando assuring me that I would be satisfied. I called their telephone several times and had to leave message .No one has returned my calls or shown up. Very disappointed as I was going to hire them for outside pest control also. I guess Terminix is the better choice.
