Comments: I called Golden Hands Plumbing Services regarding a leak in my front yard. The company sent Luis out the next day. Luis found the source of the leak which was the main water line and installed a new water line in one day. The workmanship was excellent, and Luis was very pleasant and professional. When my Zelle payment wouldn't go through, the company was very understanding, and made arrangements for a cash payment on the following day. I will definitely be calling Golden Hands Plumbing Services for any future plumbing needs. Thank you Golden Hands Plumbing!

Comments: Did not fix the repair as stated. He claimed he was resurfacing the tub which he did not do and did not have the skills to do. Only fixed one area. After his "repair" the spot was a different color from rest of tub which made it look even crazier. Had to hire another professional to do what was needed which they did. Charged us $400 to fix an area with the same materials I could've purchased at Lowes for $7 dollars.

and your patience in explaining the situation .
However, I should have been given a work order/ invoice to detail what you did and the price of what you did. I’m really distraught because looking at what you did it is my belief you over charged me your for your services.
You raised the supply and flange line and
e flange was left unfinished. I’m told the job shouldn’t have cost more than $250 instead of $673 you charged me. I plan to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
