this acct has been hacked by someone. my name is Blake with phone number of 513 939 7722 we just recently got this worked out. the hackers had our credit card numbers passwords and social security numbers.

The water issue was an ISSUE that was there PREVIOUSLY before we came to do the job, so the water issue is not on us. Now, we offered to come fix the issue and yes we have you a price to fix it because it was a totally separate issue from what we originally even agreed to fix. If it had been something that my crew messed up while on the job, then yes we would’ve taken care of it. Also like all of my other clients have done, if there is something they might not like etc, they don’t hand us payment in full and then call us 4 days later to complain about it. They address the issue right then and there so that we BOTH can be on the same page. You can’t expect anyone to fix something that 1. They didn’t do and it was already a PRE existing problem. 2. You also can’t expect anyone to work for free either. Yes we are a new young company and yes there will be mistakes made throughout our journey but we like to take those mistakes and turn them into something positive and use that positive knowledge and make something great.
