Work Description: Complete roof tear down, chimney, gutters.

Comments: This is a professional team of knowledgeable owners and skilled craftsmen. We had a huge project which included a complete roof tear off, new decking, bracing of the attic structure which included cross beams, chimney masonry, soffits all around and a complete set of whole house gutters. We were given a start and end time for the project and there were no surprises. Everyone was on site everyday, on time and ready with all equipment and supplies ready to go. The individual in charge of clean up during and after work each day left my home in better shape than before the project even began. The owner Matt, along with his brother Tony who was often on site, are true gentlemen and know their business. There was no pressure at all from either and their pricing was very fair indeed. In the end, I will have them back to my home for any future work or repairs as needed. Tony and Matt are more than our "contractors", we have made two new friends as well.

Comments: I had a really nice experience with Globe Construcion . When they came by for an estimate, they took a look at the damage. All of the other companies that came by just quoted me their minimum job cost (or higher) for much more elaborate repairs than I was looking for. It was great to have such an honest exchange instead of feeling like somebody was trying to sell me on more than I needed. When it comes time to have our roof replaced Globe Construcion will be the first people I talk to.

Comments: The water overflows from the gutters (back of house). He came and climbed on the roof through a skylight (house is 4 stories high) and informed me that there was a ball in the gutter. When I asked him where was the ball, he reported that he threw it over, in front of the house. There was no ball there. He was there for 10 minutes and charged me $150.00. I do not believe there was a ball given that the house is 4 stories high and he did not show me the ball. I continue to have the same problem. I would not trust him nor do I recommend Globe Construction.

Its been a few months since then and we have not experienced any more leaks after the past few thunderstorms that took place since then. I would hire them again no questions asked.

Comments: We hired Globe Constructions to fix the roof on our commercial building. They provided us we unbeatable service and warranty that other companies could not offer. They were very Professional and curtious company , answered all our questions before the job started and during the project. They did the job in 2 days which was 3x times faster then what we were quoted by other roofers. They come highly recommended by us and will be used again for our other properties.

These guys are honest about the actual work that you need (they won't try to upsell); they do a top notch job all at a reasonable price! I would definitely use them again for future work. Comments: The Constructor was fast, came in a van with a helper and materials. The unethical part is that after agreeing to a total of $500 for the job, he charged $650 plus tax, saying that the cleaning of gutter had not been included when he said the total would be 500. They worked for an 1:30 hrs. Because of being a trickster I would not trust to hire him again
