Work Description: Shower cartridge replacement.

Comments: A very unprofessional contractor. The contractor inflated the price by $75 from what we had agreed previous day. He became very rude when I tried to explain what we had agreed. He then just got into his truck and drove off my driveway leaving my tthe shower tap unassembled. Very unprofessional. Won't recommend at all.

the situation was not what I had anticapated and the parts were a lot more cost and he wasn't willing to work with me for a reasonable solution.

Comments: Team arrived early, went right to work, quietly assessed situation, removed old and installed new A.O. Smith 50-gal water heater, cleaned up premises. Answered all questions and performed in a first-rate manner. Best plumbing team I've used.
