Work Description: toilet repair replace flushing mechanism

Comments: Was scheduled to come at 3 pm today .we called him at 3:40 since he never showed and didn’t call to tell us. Another plumber called and told us Patrick told him to call us and his services are quoted at 140.00 to come out instead of the 65.00 Patrick quoted us. Still awaiting Patrick to call us back about coming for the repair. He sounded great but apparently is not interested in the job or he would have had the courtesy to call us back
Sir We said the MINIMUM to come out was $65. When we saw the pictures of the toilet torn apart by your hands our master plumber quoted you a POSSIBLE $140 to rebuild at which you got upset and called Patrick back complaining! After he and Jimmy told me what happened we decided not to come out [a 30 mile round trip to Tybee for $65!!] Because YOU were adamant about not paying over $65 for such a laborious task and distance. Sir SOME people want something for nothing and I'm sorry but we wouldn't be in business long if we did such. MOST plumbers would charge $200 to fix what you destroyed! Sorry we couldn't service you , but Sir we are SKILLED LABORERS...not day labor ok? Thank you. Christina C. Owner, CHC
