Comments: Although we ended up paying more than expected, John did alot of work on our unit. He told us ahead of time what he needed to do and got permission prior to the work. We actually ended up getting an annual service contract, which was reasonably priced. Bring it on, winter!Martinsburg WV

Comments: John was great! He came in was able to quickly diagnose the situation. Parts were ordered and he personally pick them up to expedite the repair since my wife has serious asthma. Was there the next day got the system back up and running quickly and efficiently! He is very knowledgeable, very personable, and I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone!-
